I am a professional with more than 5 years work experience. Currently I work as a Master Trainer and IT Division Head. My main task is to provide education about IT products to all users and coordinate teams in the field, as well as being responsible for every IT project development, starting from finding user experiences and needs to the process of testing IT products. I also act as Project Operations Manager for several IT projects that are being implemented.
